Neither Jeff Bezos nor Amazon: New World avoids Le Robes name to the richest man in the world
The launch of New World could hardly be more successful. On its first day available on PC, the open world MMO signed by Amazon Games has come to have peaks from more than 700,000 users in Steam, something up to very few pitches in the history of the platform. Of course, none of all those thousands of players could be baptized as Jeff Bezos, a named name in the video game.
This curiosity is aimed at PC Gamer, which has a recent publication how they tried to put the name of the richest man in the world for its protagonist, receiving a message that it was not available for use. The portal then tried to use other similar variants such as Bez0s, Be Zos or Jeffb without finding much success. Alternatives like beff hazzos could be used, although unfortunately for the editor of the magazine, another player of the MMO had already been advanced.
Amazon Games prevents from baptizing characters as Amazon, as well as other words already of offensive nature as it is common in these proposals.
We do not have clear what will happen if Jeff Bezos decides to open up in the MMO, but of what we can speculate is of your satisfaction with the success of New World, the first great success of Amazon Games in your search to expand also in video games. So much so that it is having some problems on your servers.
New World is presented as an exciting MMO of open world full of hazards and opportunities in which the player has to forge a new destination as an adventurer who is shipwrecked on the coasts of the supernatural island of Aetrnum. Soon you can find more information about production on 3D game pages.
